    which has been designed in the application programming phase IDR BLOK environment The IDR BLOK environment consists of two parts IDR development software with a compiler where the control scheme is constructed compiled and transferred to the PLC via the Mitsubishi MX OPC Server IDR interpreter which provides for the correct execution of the IDR application program on the PLC It is programmed and transferred to the PLC using the Mitsubishi GX Works2 programming software Rich built in library of functional blocks IDR BLOK includes a rich library of functional blocks that the system engineer is looking for and gives the IDR BLOK tool further possibilities and widens the field of application different controller blocks o standard ON OFF P3P velocity and position PID o advanced Modular PID Smith predictor Predictive functional controllers PFCs Fuzzy logic controller Fuzzy Gain Scheduling Controller FGSC Explicit parametric Model based Predictive Controller EMPC performance monitors o performance monitor which monitor and analyze the process and the control system o actuator hysteresis detector o sensor degradation detector blocks for the optimal control of HVAC devices o enthalpy controller o calculation of necessary time period to achieve the temperature set point valves and pumps blocks arithmetic and logic blocks PWM blocks function blocks scheduler blocks for process simulation etc Inside IDR project blocks can be assigned to up to 16 tasks each task has its own execution period and priority Minimal execution period can be as low as 0 1 seconds Within one task several independent control tasks e g PIDs can be implemented Process Identification and Controller Tuning Tools IDR BLOK also contains Process Identification Tool to obtain the mathematical model of the process from the measurements and Controller Tuning Tool which automatically calculates the parameters for the PID PFC and Smith controllers Process Identification
